Create the page first
Make a dedicated Store locations or Where to buy page in Webflow. Give the embed a useful heading and enough vertical space so the results list is usable on desktop and mobile. Link the page from the site navigation or a relevant product page.
Prepare and configure the locator
Import your locations, review the data and choose the search, filters, actions, layout and map style before you paste the embed. This keeps Webflow focused on page composition instead of becoming a second location database.
- Import and review the location file
- Choose a map provider and restrict its browser key
- Set the locator width and height for the page
- Configure filters and directions actions
- Check the mobile arrangement in the widget preview
Add the Embed element
In Webflow, add an Embed element where the locator should appear and paste the current Handled snippet. Keep the surrounding section wide enough for the chosen layout. The Webflow installation guide contains the current embed steps.
Publish before judging the result
Some site builders limit scripts in the designer preview. Publish to a staging or protected URL, then test the real page in a logged-out browser. Search for a known city, apply filters, open a result and test the phone and directions actions.
Keep the design native
Match the locator to the Webflow site with the appearance settings and scoped CSS rather than styling around a screenshot. The map customization feature explains the controls available for typography, spacing, markers and map appearance.
